So many reasons to rate Laboratorie well. Here's why... When looking for a salon, a stylist with experience, precision and attention to detail is important. That's why after my first appointment, I kept coming back. The salon "menu" is extensive and the pricing is right on. Each visit, I leave with amazing color... feeling everything was exactly as I hoped. Each cut has been exact and even going shorter has been a positive experience!
I'm not what possessed the woman below me to leave such a terrible review, but she could not be more wrong about this place. Trust me, I've been coming here since 2017 I want to say? Kristyn, my stylist, is a magician with bangs and has a way of knowing what I want when I don't even know what that is. I also see Gabby who isn't a full time stylist yet for my color, and usually she's assisted by Rebecca who is another senior stylist, and it always turns out spectacular. In addition to being the best at what they do, everyone is always so nice! The owner Bethany is SO down to earth and always accommodating. You can text to set up an appointment, and more than once she's been the one to set up my appointments for me. If I ever had to cancel my appointment last minute or change my hair because it wasn't what I wanted or anything, she takes care of it no questions asked. Yes, it is pretty expensive, but in my opinion it's always worth it because I know I'll walk out looking great each time and the stylists are paid fairly (which is v important to me). Basically, if you're looking to become the gorgeous main character of your own life, you should book with them immediately! And leave them a good review afterward
Best salon ever. Bethany and her team are exceptional and professional. This is a progressive and affirming place for LGBTQIA+ folx too. Every time I have an appointment I feel completely cared for. Even during exceptional times like the pandemic Bethany and her team go to great lengths to keep folx safe. This is truly an amazing place.
