I came for a walk in and there was only one other customer who soon left then it was just me. The place was not very clean. There was a man who sat to the side looking at a tablet and grunted to greet me as if he was annoyed. The tech who did my nails was not welcoming at all and seemed significantly irritable. The paint in my toes was not done well and I had to ask her for another coat so it wasn't see through and this upset her. My finger nail polish was supposed to match but didn't and it upset her I brought this up and she dismissed my comment. When I told her I didn't want her to cut my cuticles, you would have thought I called her baby ugly. When usIng tool to push back my cuticles, she pushed down on my nails aggressively. I looked over at the man who may be the owner at one point and he was cleaning his ear with a a-tip. The entire process was painful and I couldn't wait to leave. I understand we can all have bad days but that doesn't justify taking our pain out on others.
I'm new to the area and was trying to find a nail salon near me. i've tried several places around the area which were dirty, cluttered, run down to just plain weird. i'm so excited to have found a pleasant clean place with great service. I will be returning.
Very clean, very nice staff, and very nice atmosphere. I love their pedicure chairs. I've had pedicures and manicures (gel and dip) and have been happy with the work. I also appreciate that they offer free water. The only thing I wish was that they honored appointments better. Even with an appointment it's first come, first serve. With this in mind, I always come when I'm not too busy.
Always have had great service. The owners are wonderful and make it a point to learn you by name. Very clean instruments and sanitary conditions. Can easily book appointments. I am usually there for pedicures and sometimes get their deluxe package which is wonderful
I've never been here personally, but most of the reviews that I'm reading are all good. May have to stop in one day & get a Pedicure.
