M Luxe The Salon in Baltimore, MD

Beautiful salon, professional service and the style was exactly what I wanted. My color was a perfect match! My service started on time, I felt well cared for as a first time client and received attentive timely service. I drove from DC and it was well worth it! Took home her products (edge control and serum) to keep the style looking fresh. Masks, hand washing and sanitizer practices were in place so I felt covid safe too. I loved that I didn't have to shop for hair-or follow some ridiculous rule to wash my own hair before I come-everything was included!

I have being going to this salon for a while now and the customer service is too-notch and I love Kim, Dre and of course Inarbi. The hair products they use are amazing and have my hair growing. Thank you for the M Luxe experience

I was a longterm customer of this business. Such was my commitment to this salon that I was willing to drive 60 miles to get services. Due to military obligations and me needing to get home before traffic rush hour. I had requested Saturday appoinments. Everything was good up until the owner/stylist did not show for my first Saturday appointment. I had driven 40 miles to the shop only to find out the her assistant would be styling my hair. She indicated that Inarbi had to leave town on an emergency and that she would be taking care of me. She did an okay job up until the point that she started to shave the back of my head. I left the shop with an unevenly blended shave in the back that I did not ask for. I contacted Inarbi via Instagram and Facebook and provided pictures. Her other assistant called and asked what they could do to make things right. I told her that i would find a barber to correctly blend in the back of my head and they can reimburse me for the cost. Their solution was for me to drive back to Baltimore so Inarbi could fix it. MIND YOU she was supposedly out of town for my 730 appointment. Bottomline I had to wait weeks before my hair was corrected. Months later in October I received the 2nd Saturday cancellation. The day before I was called by the assistant and was told that Inarbi had business and needed to cancel my appointment. Mind you this was the day of an important event that I needed to attend. The alternate days offered were not conducive to my schedule. I finally rescheduled my appointment but had to cancel due to involuntary military obligation. I sent the business a message through Facebook on Sunday. I assumed that the message was received as I had gotten no response. On Tuesday a random inspection of my account indicated that the salon owner had illegally debited $197 dollars out of my account! I have requested the return of my money but have had no resolution. This was supposedly a cancelation fee! I am pretty passed right now! No resolution at all. I finally resulted to taking out the microlinks myself so that I could at least wear a wig for my upcoming deployment Bottomline this shop has one stylist and that is the owner The assistant does perms and colors and other duties as assigned. I am not sure that she is licensed Don't schedule a Saturday appointment

I can't say enough great things about this Salon. First off the decor is beautiful and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting. Also, Inarbi and Her staff are so welcoming, and Inarbi gets you in and out - no all day waiting here. Most importantly my hair always looks Fabulous when I leave. I live in Charles County, MD but she absolutely worth the drive to Baltimore!!
