La Venice Nails & Spa in Geneva, IL

I came in yesterday to get my nails done for the first time. Showed the picture, got different results. I know they can't match perfectly, but it really wasn't what I wanted, I was just excited to be there. I called the next morning asking to come back in because I was growing more unhappy with the color and 15/20 gems fell off already. I showed them an easier picture. They promised they could do that. Again, it was not close to what I wanted. I stopped the tech halfway through to explain that this isn't what I asked for and I would rather not finish. I felt so guilty I was tearing up. By her body language I could tell she was fed up with me while she removed the powder. She told me to wash my hands and leave. I asked if there was any way I could get my money back. The tech raised her voice at me and told me I was a waste of everyone's time and continued to yell at me in front of other customers until I ran out crying. I will never go to another nail salon again.

My two daughters and I scheduled an appointment for 3 pedicures @ 11:30 am on a Saturday. We were on a little bit of a tight schedule so we made sure we had the time slot that we needed. They called all three of us back to the pedicure chairs. Were they immediately started pedicures on my TWO daughters. I kept waiting for someone to come over and start my pedicure and they didn't for 40 minutes. My two daughters were finished with their pedicure when they started mine as a matter of fact, the girl that was doing my daughters pedicure when she finished her came over to start doing mine. I understand. Everybody runs a little bit late but they knew they did not have enough employees there to do the three of us at the same time. When I said something about all of this to the owner they said they were busy due to the holiday weekend and walked away. Ok, then tell us upfront that it's an issue. We booked these appointments several days ahead! We could have made other arrangements! There's a lot of nail salons, I won't go back to this one.

My girlfriend and I have made La Venice Nails one of our favorite spots to treat each other. The service is always quick efficient and friendly!

most of my trips have been really positive but my second trip I asked for flowers and I don't think they did the best job ever but every other time I went it's been super positive and I love it

Super impressed! 5 star! They do a fabulous job, and I am beyond pleased. I will definitely be going back.
