Ezzie Nails & Spa in Geneva, IL

I'd give a zero if I could-- they totally ruined my nails!! it's been two months+ since I went to have my dip removed-- the tech used the electric grinder -- my nails continue to split and break and every nail now has ridges. BEWARE!!!!

Was obvious they did not have time for me. Rushed the whole process was in and out in 20 minutes. Do not honor yelp coupon that is connected to their website.

I've been meaning to write a review. Was having a conversation about nail salons with a friend which reminded me that I really should post one. I'm new to the area and I went to YELP to find a good salon in the area. During my appointment here I encountered multiple disappointments. Firstly, despite having an appointment, there was a considerable wait time before I was attended to. This delay made me feel undervalued as a customer and wasted my scheduled time. Additionally, once the service began, it felt rushed. The nail technician hurried through the process, which impacted the quality of the service. On top of that, the technician's use of THEIR OWN nails to push back my cuticles was unhygienic and uncomfortable. I was mortified to say the least! Overall, the combination of a lengthy wait, rushed service, and unprofessional practices left me deeply dissatisfied with my experience at this salon. The good reviews are very deceiving on here in my opinion. Who would have thought in an upscale downtown area like Geneva with people who have high standards/expectation would like this place. To be honest, I am surprised that this place is still open for business. I won't be back.

I've been a loyal customer for years now and I've always been very happy with my service and the quality of the products.

I never do this but I'm honestly so extremely disappointed. I've been coming to ezzie for Kyle for almost 3 years I've been loyal every month and I get dip, he always does an amazing job but today I showed this picture and I realized when I got in my car that they didn't look like the picture.. it was not a big deal at all! I wasn't mad but I simply called to ask if maybe they could remove the blue polka dots and just keep the pink.. I got rude customer service on the phone.. basically saying if I don't come in right in that second they couldn't fix them.. which is fine. But then I got these.. I can not believe the unprofessional rude messages I got. I have never been rude or disrespectful, I wasn't even mad but I got these texts right after calling from Kyle and I can't believe this is how they handle business to a regular loyal client. I'm so disappointed and don't understand why you cancel clients just bc they wanted something done differently. I'm sorry but nails are expensive and I am just being honest, I never complain or call back and the one time I do I get texted and treated horribly by my nail tech. I am in this industry so I know and understand how it works, & I could not believe how this was handled. He texted my personal cell phone number which I also think is so wrong & I did end up blocking him. I will not be coming back to Kyle and won't be back to ezzie and I do not recommend this nail salon at all.
