They keep trying to charge my credit card. I haven't been to Vegas in years. Let alone whatever place this is. Scammers.

This place is a SCAM!! I made a reservation to have my makeup done for my birthday and I paid a $30 reservation fee. The day of my birthday I sat there waiting for my makeup artist and no one showed up. I tried calling the number on the website and no answer. I then messaged their fb page, to which I did get a reply. The person that replied claimed I received an email saying all stylist canceled that day due to the weather (note: there was no bad weather). I checked my email and my spam folder and the only email I had from them was my appointment confirmation and the proof I paid a reservation fee. I also got a phone call from someone who again claimed I received this email. The person I spoke with promised to send me "proof" of this email I supposedly received and I was never sent this proof. They also refused to refund me my money. Since then I have tried calling and messaging and have been ignored.

So I paid a reservation fee, received no services, was refused a refund, and then was ignored!! DO NOT book an appointment, your money will be taken with nothing in return!!

After reading all the amazing reviews and checking out their website, my sister and I decided to book them for hair/make up on New Year's Eve while in Las Vegas. Please note that while I am no make-up artist, I actually do quite well but I wanted a little bit of pampering on NYE....sadly, it was a complete waste of money.
Nikki was our artist, she arrived a little bit late, but I get it, NYE, traffic, etc. Nikki came in saying she was the doctor of airbrush make-up, not to worry that we would be completely satisfied; that was NOT the case.
Neither my sister or I usually go the airbrush route but Nikki was so confident that I decided to trust her  and encouraged my sister to do the same- so sorry Sahar.
She did my sister in law 1st and the contour she did was literally black streaks of bronzer on her cheek bones, not even blended in- the make up application was definitely not worth 100. I am not trying to be mean, but she did a horrible job. She moved onto my sister's hair and as I'm watching her I was thinking that I didn't want her to do mine....how would I go out if my hair looked like crap, I would not have time to redo it. I kept telling our artist not to worry about my hair, I understand that she needed to leave to get to her next appointment, etc.
Now it's my turn for make up.....I figured maybe mine would turn out better since I am little more simple when it comes to my make up and overall not nearly as picky as my sister. Good lord, when she was done...my make up looked as though I just got a make over for my Glamour Shots pictures from the 80's...I am not trying to be mean or harsh but that is exactly how I felt. Both my sister and I, after paying for services ended up redoing our make up that's how unsatisfied we were. Nikki kept saying that we are paying for a service and she wouldn't leave until we were happy...well we weren't happy the 1st time so there was nothing she could do to fix it. I honestly do my make up better on a Tuesday morning going to work than Nikki did for a night out on the town.
Nikki informed me that her next client was at 8pm but right after she finished my 1/2 ass make up job ( a little bit after 7) she received a call and realized she was supposed to be at her next appointment at 7; that actually worked in my favor- there was no fight about my hair. Thankfully I had time to do my hair after I redid my make up. I wonder though...if I told her I wasn't happy and wanted her to fix my make up, how would she have actually followed through with that if she was booked throughout the rest of the night?
Honestly I am not trying to be mean- I hate writing poor reviews but I was soooo unhappy with the job she did. The make up application/style was so outdated!!! Not to mention, she swore by the lipstick that I ended up purchasing; her comment was that it was "bj" proof- meaning it would stay all night; that wasn't an accurate statement at all, I absolutely kept having to reply it.
With all this said....my sister in law (not the one mentioned in this review) got her make up done by an artist from the same company and she looked flawless...it was perfection. Crazy though- they booked 2 people for her and she was just one person and only booked 1 person for me and my sister...not quite sure how that makes sense.

Chantal was so good and such a pleasure to work with! Fun fun fun and great.. She did exactly what I wanted and I looked very natural but glowing! Thank you Chantal!!! We come to Vegas about once a year and I will always call her for a special night on the town!

From the moment my appointment was made, the professionalism was impeccable.  I was in Las Vegas for a Halloween party and needed fun animal make-up.  Hunter and his assistant showed up on time with an array of cosmetics and accessories to insure I had the right look.   He had a very busy day that day but did not stress out or rush.   I was pleased with the result, pricing and results.  If I'm in Vegas again for an event, I'm giving them a call.
