I ignored the reviews I saw here and on Google because I got a gift card from them. Good thing I did because I had really good service. It wasn't the best mani/pedi I've ever had but it was definitely good. Good prices and great location.
This is really terrible nail service. I have never had such terrible manicure and it was the most terrible gel manicure ever. I don't know how they are still open. The pedicure was not too bad though.
If I could give a zero I would! The place is dirty, nails dust all over the counter. No good shows on the tv and one doesn't even have sound or subtitles. Lady would refuse to talk to me or hear what i wanted exactly. Gave me a French tip and CLEAR gel nails, that she just assumed sense she wouldn't listen to me. Gel had bubbles and was not taken all the way to the end of the nail. Kept telling "I know how to do my job. My work is very good."
Worst service ever. Most of the employees act like they don't understand what you are saying but the truth is they do not care. You did lady was nice. Older man was a poor excuse for a nail technician. I will never go back $$ lesson learned!
I am not a fan! It doesn't seem very clean and I was not impressed with the level of customer service. Also, I was not overly impressed with the quality. I think the only great thing about the nail salon is that it is a very convenient location.
