Well...this is the second time that this happened to me so I decided to share... After sitting for about ten minutes to start my service ( a manicure and pedicure) the next available attendant decided to sKip over me and take the customer after me. When I politely asked/told the technician that I was next she said the next person will help you. Needless to say I immediately left for salon. Don't think I'll ever go back.
Everyone is so welcoming and sweet! Lana is amazing, jenny is also super sweet !! Got my toes done for the first time in forever and I got an amazing service !
I tried this nail salon 3 times and the results were the same, poor workmanship!!! The nail tech, Selena, used extreme too much nail polish resulting in thick layers that did not dry thoroughly or completely. Needless to say, my nails did not last more than a week. I will never use this salon again. Lastly, SNS powder should never chip in less than one week nor should regular polish on toenails chip after one week. The nail tech NEEDS more training, she SUCKS!!!!
They are always great with me when I come in with all of my crazy googled ideas for nail designs. I've always been happy with L&N. Every where else I've been my nails don't last. Here I can go and they last 2 weeks plus. And I work 3 jobs. So if they can with stand my multiple jobs I am very happy.
I don't usually write reviews but I felt this was necessary. I waited almost an hour for my appointment to start, and even though they charge a premium I always am willing to pay and should not have to wait for an to start my nail appointment. This has happened before so i knew to arrive early, which I did and the owner/manager took another client before me. I have been coming to LN nail spa for over 5 years but I sometimes have an issue when it comes to late appointments. I continued to put up with it to support the other workers who endured during the pandemic and knowing sometimes people run late. But it has come to a point where its just disrespectful of my time. I counted on Lana today and needed my nails done because I had a lot of other things to do. Definitely don't recommend this place. if they don't prioritize 5+ year clients they definitely won't prioritize a new customer.
