Very disappointed. Went in for a polish change and left with nothing. She was nice. That's it. My nails were done elsewhere with the solar powder. Went in JUST to change the tips. They were pink. She took all the powder off on the pinky and had to try and match it. Fail. Shape, fail. And I wanted a nice green but nope. So I just told her to do clear and I was privileged enough to pay $37 for the pleasure. No thanks!

I've gone twice hoping the second time would be better than the first. Sadly, it was not.
You are supposed to 'check in'. Of course, they barely speak to you when you enter the salon and if you have not been there before you have absolutely no idea of what is going on. The lady that did my manicure was a little catty and didn't seem very nice at all. In fact, she asked me if I did my own nails? no I do not and what if I did? I assure you, my nails still looked decent and you could tell that they were professionally done.

Pricing is insane. Got refilled only pink (I do pink/white ombré). They charged me $58 dollars. Extra charge for a "cut down fee". we shortened only the amount my nails grew in 2 weeks, which was like maybe 1/8 a 1/16 of an inch.
