If I could do no stars then I would. I went here for my sister in laws birthday. Called and the receptionist said they were open and available.... Cool. Get there tell her we have 5 pedicures and 2 full sets. A guy comes up and say which ones want fullset. The young lady takes us to our chairs for pedicure. The guy from moments before starting the water on the two that wanted full set. (In my opinion he started with who had the most services). I'm sitting here because I was the one treating. Feet still not in any water. I wonder if they knew if they placed the clients' feet in the water, it was guaranteed business or simply communicate. let's just say I got up and took my business elsewhere. Young lady upfront chatting with another nail tech. New building does not always mean great service.
So I did a review quite a while ago so I'm going to do another one. Today I went to get my nails done. And they came out perfect!!! Julia is the best there are a few others that are good to and I would choose them if Julia was on vacation or something. But I got my Halloween nails done... so if you don't like the the tech that did them ask for another next time... but don't give up until you find a tech that does what you like...

Now I normally do my own nails bc I can't find a place that has great work and customer service which is important to me because I'm spending my money. But i went out for a moms day with my sisters. This place is very greedy. Charge $3 dollars for shaping $3 dollars for a broken nail (mind you it was their fault from last week) $3 dollars for cutting my toenails during a pedicure. I wanted a regular French on my toes and the woman told me French is better with gel. (She just didn't want to wait for regular to dry) I asked her how much would it be? She said $25, so she intentionally misled me to think it was five dollars more but it was $25 extra on top of my already pedicure, she also was very rough with my feet and my legs during the pedicure. She hurt me four times. She also left my toenails shaped crooked! I was going to get my nails done by a different person and she ended up leaving so I had no choice to stick with the lady who already did my pedicure, roughly! The vibes where off, they were very polite but not nice. I also got a simple French on my hands but the lady rushed so I came out mid. My nails popped of in a week again! There was also no massage on feet or hands or hot towel! For $179 plus tip I could've did this myself.
Ive been so many times before but tonight's visit was the WORST I've ever had. the lady went over my nails TWICE with two coats each time. the first time they bubbled up while drying the second time the paint came off as soon as I went to pay, the lady saw it and pointed to the cc machine telling me to just pay.

John worked on my nails. When I initially came in, I asked the receptionist if there was someone there that could do french tips, but instead of a straight line, curved. I showed a picture. The first person she brought over said he could not do them so I thanked them and told them I would go somewhere else. That's when John assured me that he could do them. From the beginning before I even got my nails done, they printed out an itemized receipt asking me to pay for my nails. That was a little odd, seeing as they had not even started on my nails, but I didn't say anything. The total cost was $83. $10 for nail takeoff, $15 for nail design, $5 for nail shape, $41 for gel powder, $12 for gel polish. I noticed they charged for everything they could think of, but I agreed to pay that price before they started my nails. Then after they were almost finished, I was told that it would be an additional $10 on top of the $15 they were already charging me for my nail design (it was a simple French tip--only a curved line versus a straight line) so they wanted me to pay a total of $93. Because John had already done my nails and the only thing left to do was paint my nails, I just asked him to finish. When he started painting my nails, it looked absolutely nothing like the picture I had shown or like he had told me before we started that he could do. I couldn't believe that on top of them charging me $93 for "special designs", no one there could do the French tips I had asked for. He tried 4 times before accepting that he didn't know how to do the design. After I told him that he didn't have to worry about the French manicure since he was unable to do it, he whispered to me "Don't ever come back here". I asked him to repeat what he had said because I thought I heard him inaccurately considering the whole time, I was courteous and respectful about it and it was in fact him that had told me he could do a style that he couldn't, and when he noticed other people looking, he smiled because he didn't want other people to hear him.
All in all, this place charges for air, so to speak. And their nail techs are not good. I wouldn't recommend going here if it was the last nail shop in the state of North Carolina.
