Always very clean! Employees are great! They always Greet me by name and remember what I like to do.. they are courteous polite and friendly. The level 3 beds are EXTREMELY hot! If your doing the monthly plan I would recommend to stay with levels 1-2 or upgrade to include all levels. Midrange plan is uncomfortable due to higher heat in Level 3 beds. Higher level beds are WONDERFUL!
Friendly and clean is the best way to describe this location. Spray tan booth is always available not much wait compared to other locations. Definitely worth the money.
I've gone to a handful of tanning salons before signing up as a member at this particular location- and I can't say enough good things about the ladies who work there. Working in customer service myself has allowed me to set a high standard when I go to other businesses, and these ladies surpass my expectations. After a few tanning sessions, Jessica started personalizing my greeting with my first name and without having to ask, she'd know exactly what I wanted to do. Upon signing up, one of the managers talked me through all of the options, and was very informative about lotions, levels, and benefits of each. I'm very pleased with LA tan and will continue doing business with them, over other salons in the area.

I try to avoid corporate chains so when a locally-owned tanning salon in YV closed up, LA Tan was the only option in town. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well maintained this place is. Even more than that, one of the girls that works there has got to be the #1 reason to go because she is so nice and helpful. This girl is ALWAYS in a good mood and even if she's in a room cleaning when you're done, she will always make it a point to come up to the front before the door closes to say "Thanks, have a great day!" That's customer service.
