Got seated pretty fast even though there were a few people he did my toes pretty quick as well and it came out really good paid $40 for a regular pedicure and white gel which is in bad. The only thing that I would say went bad is when I got up there was a small roach right behind my head on the chair. The guy did hear me but did not say anything. Also I had to zelle them and was kinda rude about me not leaving till they got confirmation.
If I could I would give zero star. the employees are rude and disrespectful on the phone someone hung up on me while I was talking, then when I went in to the establishment a lady at the front took forever to acknowledge me mind you new to the shop and then got an attitude because I asked her to repeat what she said. it's my second time to the shop and I never make it to actually getting a service. I decided to give them a second shot today. I will NEVER go back.
Worst nail salon to go to if you want good service. Amy the owner is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. This places prices are high for bad service and poor quality work. Highly would NOT recommend.
I came here instead of going to the place I always go to cause mine it's always pack and I just needed a soak off and a little manicure so when I came in this lady tried taking my nails off with another nail I looked at her and told you don't do soak off cause the place I go to does that instead of damaging my nails ??? she starts saying "SOAKS OFF are 45 mins" one soaks off aren't even 45 mins max 15 mins, then she says "nails already damage" girl just cause they are doesn't mean I want them to get more damage I told her nvm I'll go somewhere else never will I step foot there again no wonder they don't have people there,not only are they lazy but rude they started talking about me in another language ! Anyways I did go somewhere else and they gladly did soaks off
