I went in on a Friday at 12 and they didn't have too many people in the salon. I was seen right away and everyone was super friendly. I had my eyebrows, nails, and toes done. Everyone listened to my wants/wishes and I had a great experience. Side note, they prefer cash.

This salon overcharges. I went for a basic mani pedi and brought my own polish. They charged me 100 dollars. They need to be more straightforward about hidden charges and simplify their menu of services.
I come in every 3 ish weeks to get a acrylic fill with gel polish and 9 times out of 10 they do a quality job. I will unfortunately not be bringing my business here anymore. They are not transparent with their prices and charge extra for things that should already be covered in the base price. The website states an gel acrylic fill starts at $45. When I was charged $55 I asked if there was an extra charge I was unaware if i.e. I got a fancy polish or something. No, I was told they charge $3 to cut your nails and $7 to reshape them....... Yeah that should be covered in the base price. If that's not covered in the base price then what is..... I have done my research and none of the other salons in the area charge for cutting and reshaping your nails. They're just scamming you out of all the money they can.
