Techs are not skilled to do the most basic design you ask for and will lie to you in order to get money. Even if she KNOWS SHE IS NOT SKILLED AT DOING DESIGNS. Nail tech will tell you your FINGER IS CROOKED if you feel like your nail shape is wrong. Nail tech will not even do cuticle care and keep saying "later I will". And when you don't get to the point of doing the design after applying the acrylic for an hour (which took way too long), couldn't get the design right. Walked out with my time wasted, and still charged $25 when I walked out with the chopped off nails you see in the pic. I had to cut them off with a pair of dull clippers she handed me bc she refused to take them off without me paying $55. PLEASE, I urged you do not go here! The owners response alone should show you how inappropriate the this chop shop is. He was not even there. Came here as a walk in and showed the nail tech a pic of the design I wanted. She was not capable of doing the design and so I tried it myself but I'm no professional... I asked her do a more simple design but was trying to hold back tears because of how much I hated the nails. She sternly said "if you don't like, I take them off refund" and I was like "okay..." but then she backpedaled and offered to paint them a basic color. I started to cry fully at that point because of my anxiety from the situation and then told her I just wanted them off and that I didn't like them, it's Not what I wanted. I told her I wanted to leave because I was upset and she said I would have to pay $50?? I told her I would just take the nails off myself and she handed me a dull pair of nail clippers, so I stood at the front desk clipping the nails. She called the owner after telling me I would need to pay at least $50.. which I told her the nails she did were not worth $50.She was clearly talking a whole mess to the owner in her language and when she passed the phone to me to talk to him, he started Yelling at me saying I didn't want to pay and so on. In the video, I had my debit card out and intended to pay for the hour even though my time was completely wasted! But not $50 when I didn't get what I wanted and chopped them off to show them how much I hated them. I didn't even get to speak. He was saying she spent "hours on my nails" Not at all. She spent maybe 45 mins on applying the nails. She could not complete the service. She did not have the skill for what I asked for (which was not a terribly complicated design- just some stars) on 2 nails each hand. Anyway I ended up paying $25 since she spent 1 hour applying acrylics I already chopped off at the salon. I posted a review also and have a video of the lady saying "refund". I'd also like to mention.. Not One person came in for the person doing my nails. One girl came in to get a pedicure, which she was helped by another lady, but it was just me in there getting my nails done and another woman who had an appointment with a different tech. I didn't take away from the business. The skill set is just not there. The business owner responded to my yelp review calling me a "cry baby"... What a complete douche. Don't go to this chop shop!

I got a full set on Saturday and 2 nails broke the following Friday so they didn't even last me a week. Usually my sets will last 2 weeks + so was disappointed on the retention.

On Sunday morning, I called in for 5 nails and 1 pedicure and I was able to secure a same day appointment at AZ tip and toes. Fantastic job and great customer service!

Hard to tell, but they used a lot of layers on my nails. They are actually going to add another one and I told her to stop. Really thick and chunky looking.

Don't waste your money or time. Very unfriendly staff & the manager only makes excuses, calls you a liar & tells you your wrong. HORRIBLE workmanship & doesn't stand behind their work. I wish i would have read other reviews before going as LOTS of negative reviews with the same results I had. UPDATE EDIT TO MANAGER REPLY: I am NOT about getting a free manicure. Just want one done right. My nails were lifting after 3 days. I did take photos....see attached. Unacceptable. You are an awful business owner & yes, karma will come back to you by continuing to lose customers! Good luck to you.
