Rosy's Salon De Belleza in Phoenix, AZ

Went in to get my hair trimmed, specifically told the Hair stylist I only wanted about an inch cut from the longest length of my hair. She must have not paid attention to me telling her. She cut about 4 inches off, I'm not sure why she did this. I do speak Spanish as well, and was very clear when telling her in Spanish. Family even has gone with her only once as well for a Hair cut, and I didn't like that she cut so much off of my Loved one hair. Thank God our hair will grow back. I don't plan on returning to this Salon. It's like you tell her one thing, but she decides on doing what she wants. I'd rather go buy all the correct supplies at Sally's Beauty Supply, and watch tutorials on YouTube. The lady is nice, but she just needs to listen to the client and not do the complete opposite of what we tell her. One last thing, if you are going here for your first time, they will ask you questions about your life. I'm assuming to get to know you, but I feel that there are other things to talk about. Asking if you work still, seems a bit intrusive.

I had black healthy hair and wanted her to lighten the tips to a brown and she bleached my hair all over the place and fried it. She dyed it a completely different colors (my hair was literally 5 different shades of blonde) and patches all over the place.I asked her to not cut the length of my hair but add some layers and she completely left my hair chopped up the layers weren't even and she took 4 inches off my length. I paid $140 for it and asked her for my refund, I also told her she can keep the 40 for her time and give me my 100$ back for the horrible job. She denied me and told me she only gives refunds after she tries to fix it the 2nd time and the customer doesn't like it. I told her I don't want her to touch my hair at all she would literally mess it up more than it already is (my hair is breaking tf off). Continued to deny my refund and wouldn't accept the fact that she messed up and hung up on me.
