The women here are very nice and welcoming. I've gone here several times and Chelsea was my hair stylist. The first few times I went and I was always very pleased with the product. But after I started getting other stylists it's gone down hill. I decided, okay I love this salon, I'm gonna try again see what happens. Well, the product was ver disappointing. I'd leave being satisfied only to realize later one side of my hair cut would be shorter than the other. Or just recently I wasn't consulted on the length of layers, she just started cutting and it looked as if she was going for a bowl cut look. I'm sad to say I won't be going back.
Lisa consulted with me about what would work for my face, hair thickness and daily life. She gave me good input. She was efficient and the results were flattering. She is easy to talk to.
I am a regular and will never leave this place!!!!! I started going here because it was the cheapest place. At the time, it was even cheaper then Great Clips. I love Lisa and all of the women who work there.
I had plenty of great cuts and eyebrow waxing done. No complaints.
L & M Hair Design is staffed with very talented and professional people. I do not have the easiest hair to cut and have it look good. These ladies get it right every time. It shows that they take great pride in their work and are not just talented but friendly as well. I have such a high opinion that I took my mother in to get whatever she wanted done before a family wedding. My mother was treated like a queen and spoiled every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough
