I have been a customer of this salon since they were open. I love that place, very clean, all tools are sanitized, nails polish, gel or deep always good quality. I have ingrown nails on my toes and my favorite girl there takes care of them. I love you, Lily!Thank you guys for amazing job!
I went to New Image with my two girlfriends to get our nails done for prom. I've brought them here and was always satisfied before, so we wanted to go again. My one friend is very picky but she ended up LOVING her French gel manicure. My other friend had a guy and he did not do good at all. All she wanted was a French gel manicure with a glitter line making a triangle meeting the white, but the glitter line was bad. It barely showed up and made a weird clear line and was not straight. For me, I started with a woman but she handed me off to the same guy because it was getting busy, and he didn't do any better. I got French gel tips and it ended up bubbly and there were random green sparkles through out my nails because I guess it was from a previous client. Overall, I'm disappointed before they were my nails for prom and they've done wayyyy better in the past :/
This salon is a hit or miss. It really depends who is working that day. I highly recommend Ly. She takes her time and makes sure you are satisfied. This last time I went I got a gel manicure. I had gotten a different nail tech and felt she rushed the whole time. When I got home I could see she didn't cover the gel fully with the clear top coat and some spots needed and extra coat of the color gel polish. Next time I make an appt I'll make sure to ask for the same girl every time. You should leave the same salon fully satisfied each time. This was a big disappointment.
While this salon is clean and they do a decent job on your nails, just be advised that they do not honor appointment times UNLESS the salon is empty. More than once I have made an appointment a week in advance because I have limited time to get my nails done. Both times I have made appointments on a Saturday I have arrived on time only to find several clients ahead of me ( some are likely walk-ins) being serviced while I'm told to " wait a few minutes". 30 minutes later I'm still sitting with my feet pruning In the pedicure basin. Today I got fed up and left. If you can't honor a client's appointment time then don't make an appointment. Wont be going back.
Always great service and beautiful nails! Short wait times & happy employees :)) my friend and I went in a couple weeks ago and there were only three women on the clock at the moment. Regardless, they managed to fit us both in and finish two fresh sets within the hour. Great service!
