I was so happy that there would be no language barrier. She rarely addressed me and my toenails were cut to the quick.... never asked what I expected just starting clipping away before I could react --- my bad but still, Ya gotta freakin' ask! not worth $35, for sure.
the people there are so personable and great to talk to, love color options and the way my nails turned out, 10/10 recommend. One lady also specializes in nail art, so definitely a wide range of choices!
I get my nails done at a salon once a year for my birthday and decided to try this place out. There are a lot more favorable reviews and reviews in general on google reviews than on Yelp so I decided to try them out. I had my nails done by Aime and I think she did an excellent job as you can see in the photo. Aime was friendly, asked me what I wanted, and took her time to make sure the end result was as expected. She did ask me if she could take a customer during my appointment for eyebrows, but to be honest that's didn't bother me since I had nothing to do. The day was meant as an easy going day for me. Overall, I liked quality of the work, the establishment was clean, and the booking system was extremely easy to use. I should also note, Kerry was in the salon and she was extremely nice and lively lol. Very fun personality. I also saw the nails of her client and they were done well. I will definitely visit again.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY This was a very expensive lesson. I was referred by a friend to Kerry. I live in Philadelphia and took the ride to have my eyebrows done a manicure and pedicure. Kerry did not do my nails as I thought she would be my tech. my appointment on Saturday, June 20, 2020 was with her. we never met so I thought the person servicing me was Kerry. Well my feet, nails and eyebrows look like my 7 year old grand daughter did them. the gel polish was moving off my nails 20 minutes after I left. I know have to leave on a business trip on 6/22 and $70 out of pocket for the worse experience I have ever had. Kerry did do my eyebrows but was rushing one is thin and arched the other is slightly cleaned up. I think I will take her to small claims court. I did not get the service I expected. No you cannot fix messed up nails, nor botched eyebrows. REFUND MY MONEY ..I WILL NEVER COME BACK OVER THE BRIDGE TO YOUR SALON AND MY 5 FRIENDS WHO WERE COMING TO YOUR SHOP WILL NOT RETURN. YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS ETHICS. 1 STAR IS TO GENEROUS...NEVER AGAIN
What a great place!!! I was looking for a new nail salon because I was unhappy with where I have been going. Kerry was welcoming and and awesome! She did my nails perfectly...and thin not so thick like I had gotten them before. As I was getting my nails done I told her about the place I just went for eyelash extensions...and after 3 days they all fell out and my eyes were tearing and burning...so she told me she has a wonderful woman who does them there! Then I met Stephanie!! She explained to me how the lashes they put on me were just too long and irritating my eyes which made total sense. Stephanie did a set for me...which are so amazing even my husband loves them!! NO irritation or tearing at all!! I have found 2 new friends and an awesome salon which I will continue to go to and rave about!! They are all so nice and completely down to earth...my kind of people!!
