We love coming here! Kate knows how to get our wiggly boys hair cut even with it being hard for them to sit still. They're always busy, understandably, because they are the best at what they do.. Yet they always manage to get everyone seen in a timely manner and are always kind and patient. Even with a waiting room full of people, everyone seems happy, there's no sense of stress or urgency from the staff. They really know what they're doing and everything appears to be run so smoothly! Everyone gets seen when they should and everyone walks out satisfied and happy :) The manager, Kate, is running things wonderfully!

Been going to this location since it opened. Went there yesterday and my hair was butchered. They only cut one side of my head, and I have job interviews lined up all week! I complained every way possible, yet nobody from great clips has responded. I could not be more disappointed
The Hair Cuttery (our usual, within minutes from our home) screwed up but I / we benefitted from it. My daughter's hair is so gorgeous that we can go anywhere for her cuts. My son is very picky about his cuts and we only go to one hairdresser at HC. . . She wasn't in tonight and they were short staffed. I was told to call a half hour earlier than I planned on coming later and that I wouldn't have much of a wait when we arrived. NOPE! AN HOUR PLUS WAIT upon our arrival. WTF ?!!! I'm tired, and po'd, so we came here. GREAT CALL! We lucked out and had a literal 3 minute way - my daughter was taken back by Kim first. She did a great job trimming my daughter's hair, including the front angles. Cool woman too. Right up my alley. Next was my picky son. I told her twice to leave the top long, which she did. She did his sides with a #4.5. LOOKS AWESOME and I didn't hear any lip when we got to the car (twice we didn't pay for cuts at GREAT CLIPS in Deptford and another that I cannot recall) :)
Terrible! Even when I told them I wanted to keep length in back and on sides they cut WAY TOO short! I am in tears. I will never go back and now I have to wait for my hair to grow back and suffer with this awful haircut until it does!
