I have been getting my Vivid colors done with Thuie for almost a year now. She is my favorite hairstylist ever!!! Not only does she always do the best job on my hair, she is nice, she is meticulous with her work, she always wants a 11/10 outcome, she takes her time to lift you so that you don't damage your hair, she is knowledgeable and always gives me the best advice with my hair, and she is just a ball of good energy and vibes!!! My hair journey started with her when I came to her wanting the most vibrant Orange Hair i could ever imagine. She did an amazing job lifting my dark brown natural hair... It took some time but she lifted it to a very nice and even platinum blonde and still kept my hair so healthy!!! Everyone loved the orange and everyone always asks me how my hair stays "soooo healthy." My answer is always "cause i have the best colorist, Thuie!!!!" Since dying my hair Orange. I have bleached washed it once and changed the colors to Green, then blue, now Purple... Thuie has made all my colored hair dreams come true!!!! I highly recommend making an appointment with Thuie for any of your hair needs. She's also amazing at balayages, I take my God daughter to her as well for her balayages. She's only 16 so her hair is still so fragile, but Thuie does an amazing job keeping it healthy and the color is always amazing!!! Besides Thuie being an amazing hairstylist... The salon is also very nice and clean. The salon staff are all also very nice and friendly ...And i always love having my tea or coffee while getting my hair done.

I want to start off with saying that this salon is very clean and presentable when you first walk in. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating to their customers. The front desk girls are wonderful, super sweet and have such positive attitudes. I'm always shy when they ask if I want anything to drink --to not be an inconvenience to them but their staff is so welcoming, I don't feel afraid to say yes to a nice coffee while getting my hair done. I want to give a BIG shout out to my stylist Allison who is such an amazing stylist and person who listens and also treats me with respect. I've always walked out feeling bright and beautiful and can't wait for the next appointment with her. I couldn't say enough nice things about my overall experience. I highly recommend this salon and her service.

I couldn't recommend Wilvert enough! His customer service is impeccable, he's open to ideas and has incredible suggestions. He has a talent for shade matching and truly has made me feel the most confident I have in years with my new cut and color. He makes you feel comfortable and refreshed. Will absolutely be rebooking.

I can't speak highly enough of this salon and my stylist https://www.instagram.com/alexandra_kennethbrown_ ! is definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. I've been getting compliments daily as a result of her work ! She is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. Her color correction was totally amazing and I have a great time too every time I see her! . She is always very patient and understanding, has a great positive energy!

I really hate to write this review because the salon itself is beautiful but my experience with one of their stylist was very unpleasant. I requested a full balayage, I paid $490 and this is what I received.
