Unprofessional place. Jeanette was doing my hair, from the time I walked in, she started to give me an attitude that she does not have time (her hair was a mess which is odd for a stylist!), forced me to wash my hair while my hair was washed the day before, was pulling my hair while drying and I kindly asked her not to but still was pulling and yelling at me to let her do her work! Got afraid and wanted to leave when the so called "manager" came and screamed at me that you are giving her an attitude. Beware and never go there. Unbelievable!

The problem is you are rude and a liar. How dare you say I don't listen when I was never ever told this. I've been a customer for years. I've left your salon with it wet curly ringlets, or blown out dry hair. No one has ever told me not wear my hair wet. Or sleep on it wet. In this case my hair was dry when I fell asleep, I have night sweats and woke up and the pillow was like this. So your salon did not properly apply the dye. So are you saying your salon is so incompetent that you can't style people who have curly hair and who use wet hairstyles? Like wow just admit you are wrong, the person who did my hair messed up, a free travel size bottle of hair product would have been suffice . Anything but these lies on me. Word of advise to all, stay away from place or you will ruin your clothes, bedding and furniture.

I am utterly dismayed by the appalling service I encountered at House of Lange Salon on Friday, March 15th. Despite the salon's mission statement promising a "consistent and opulent experience," my visit was nothing short of a disaster. My appointment, which included a haircut, deep conditioning treatment, and blowout totaling $174, left me regretting every penny spent. Deyja, the stylist referred to me, performed the haircut and wash, while Emily another stylist helped Deyja with the blowout. Sadly, their combined efforts fell far below acceptable standards. Emily's use of a wide-tooth comb attached to a Dyson dryer resulted in excessive frizz and damage to my hair. Her cavalier attitude, referring to the tool as her "lazy" choice, was reflected in the lackadaisical manner in which she styled my hair. When I attempted to address my concerns with the staff, including individuals who I presume to be managers, Nic and Tyler, I was met with dismissive attitudes and an utter lack of accountability. Their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction were utterly appalling. As a paying customer who also left a 20% tip, I expect a certain level of professionalism and competence. It is disheartening to witness such behavior condoned by the management of House of Lange Salon. Based on my experience and the numerous complaints I've seen on platforms like Yelp and Google, I implore you to reconsider the standards upheld at your establishment. I sincerely hope that my feedback will spark positive changes within your salon. However, if these issues persist, I fear that your reputation in the industry will suffer irreparable damage.

You be the judge if this is worth $300, including the tip. When I returned to get this fixed, they said it would be an additional $100. I'm not sure how it is my fault that the highlights are uneven, and no matter which angle you look at it, it looks like a mistake. When I showed my frustration, the owner had me escorted out of Spectrum by security. No negative review can do justice to how horrible their customer service is and the actual service they offer. Of all my worst experiences, this is in a league of its own.

I had my second haircut with Melanie today and it definitely won't be my last! She is absolutely wonderful! She is so thoughtful, precise, and puts so much care into what she does. I LOVE my haircut! I really enjoyed my time at the salon with her as well. Melanie just radiates kindness and positivity.
