Never say Never cuz i actually went back... after 6 yrs hoping things mightve changed. But no. 2 words. HALF ASSED!!!!

My gosh, the girl who did my pedi CLEARLY DID NOT GIVE A FLYING F. My toenails were unevely cut, filed, and painted. She literally painted my nails like she was painting egg wash on pie crust.

I really should've said something along the way, but i didnt want to waste my time (instead left bad tip). You know what they say.. fool me once shame on u, fool me twice shame on me. fool me thrice hell no i aint gonna be nice.

Bottom line - super overpriced and bad service.

Don't waste your time and money.

I got my first dip in nails and Dieu filed my fingers off and they started bleeding. I got three fingers left with cut. It was my first time coming with my friend and it was her place so I didn't want to make a scene but I didn't expected coming home with three cut fingers because of the way she filed my nails. The place is clean and beautiful but I'm disappointed to this lady. Also she literally kicked my shoes to give them to another lady so she can put them in a plastic bag. Rude! I wouldn't recommend her.

This is my 2nd time. My 1st time was ok nothing to rave about. This second time the lady looked pretty miserable and didn't even smile to make me feel welcome. She was doing the bare minimum for my pedicure and I just feel like it wasn't worth it. She barely took her time and was rushing the whole max 10 mins. Hands down the worst nail experience I've ever had. This is the closest nail place to me but I'm never coming here again.

My husband and I both got deluxe package pedicures and we were not satisfied. We can still feel the calloused areas on our feet. Service is great people are sweet but the quality of work was not as expected

Came in here on a whim after running a few errands. The woodwork and design of the interior is really nice.. but that's about where it ends. I appreciate they were up front about all of their costs before beginning the service. I got a gel pedicure, middle package option (comes with paraffin and callus removal plus a few additional minutes of massage). It was $55 + $20 for gel. So $75 for a pedicure. Insane.. it was not even remotely worth it. The massage was lackluster. The water and paraffin were scorching hot.. the removal of my previous gel polish was actually painful - they don't use a dremel, they use a file instead and ended up filing the skin. What's worse is she couldn't get all of the polish off so she just left some of my old paint on..

I should listen to Yelp reviews instead of giving places a chance.. I'd go elsewhere for a pedicure. I won't be back
