I arrived around 5 on a Monday. I walked right in and was sat and seen right away.
I agree with the below comment. The ambiance was a bit off. It was very quiet in there. Soft instrumental music played but was still very quiet. There were 3 TV's playing different programs that I couldn't even tell what 2 of them were. The third was playing VEVO rock music videos and you could faintly hear the music in the background.
They didn't explain the services or have the prices posted but the price ended up being $35 for a pedicure. My nail technician was very thorough and did a great job. She spent a decent amount of time on the leg massage which was really nice. The massage chair was comfy too.
I got a pedicure and my toes turned out great!!
Have gone to Elegant Nails for years and this last time was my last visit, unfortunately. I had a 5:30 pedicure appointment on a Tuesday. The pedicure tub wasn't even filled until 6:05 and work didn't start until 6:15. What's even the point of an appointment?
In the last year or two, it seems that if you're not a weekly regularly dropping $$$, you're not appreciated. I've consistently come here for 8 years.
Sadly, this was the last straw for me. I don't recommend this nail salon unless you plan to be here all of the time and spend your entire paycheck.
This was my first visit. Beautiful decor and clean salon. When I walked in for my appointment it was dead silent which was pretty awkward lol. I was not provided manicure/pedicure options for my service.
For a gel manicure and pedicure my total came to $75.00. A few comments mention Mary - I'll attempt to book with her when I come back. Color: OPI "Sky True to Self"
I love this place. Mary is the sweetest lady to ever touch my nails and I can't wait to go back and see her.
