I went to Kelley's Nails and asked for mani/pedi. The lady said we can do one due to time. so I chose the pedi. I told then that I will wait outside because it was a bit crowded inside whether COVID is over or not. They agreed. So the nail tech lady came outside and said we can't do the pedi. So I politely said to her if you knew this why didn't you say something from before. She proceed to have an attitude with me as polite as I was. Almost jeered that as if I don't need to hear anything from you we dont have time. My mother always told me it's not what people say it's how they say it. They were rude, impolite and disrespectful. We have a choice on where we spend our money and we don't have to accept disrespect and or discrimination. I will never go to K N again and I suggest others think twice. You are in an industry of customer service and you don't have to be rude. I was outside on the phone and the nail tech guy came outside to interrupt my private conversation and with an attitude as if he wanted to fight me Just because I said I was going to give a negative review on yelp. The audacity of this man. Sir you better catch your yourself. #FAAFO
This salon is amazing. Extremely clean and everyone is so nice. I got a refill with gel polish and it was so fast. 40 mins with great attention to detail. Love this spot.
After a disappointing experience at my usual salon, I decided to try Kelly's right down the road. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience! I did not have an appointment but didn't have to wait on a Monday around 4:30. I found the salon cleaner than most, they had a huge selection of colors for SNS nails, and they really took their time removing my current color rather than just hacking through it with a file like most places. A gentleman did my nails, I didn't get his name but his attention to detail was fantastic - polish all the way to the edges, uniform lengths, no bumps. I will only be coming to Kelly's from now on!
I didn't enjoy my time here. There was only one nail tech and I felt so rushed because of an appointment coming in soon (but I was rushed out before the appointment even arrived). My nails were so uneven, not filed, and messy. The color was nothing like it looked on the color sheet and I was just over disappointed. Highly do not recommend....
She can't do nails and she stayed on the phone the whole time she was doing my nails but she is funny but she won't get No more money from me
