I scheduled a Mini Detail for my car which has no spills in it or major messes. When I arrived for the appointment the manager said let me take a look at your car to see if a mini detail is possible. He went out for 5m and came back in to say it wasn't possible as a mini detail was for vehicles that were cleaned often, about twice a month on average. Really? This car is not very dirty, the reasons he gave were that he saw crumbs in the door jamb. I could vacuum the car in 15m and fix that problem. Then said he would only clean the vehicle for the most expensive package which was nearly twice the price. The car is not very dirty, I just wanted to get it cleaned a bit to post it for sale. When I pushed back on this he said hey if you don't want to do this you could choose to take you car somewhere else. No hesitation, cool, I'm out. What a waste of time. Won't be going back there. I have had my cars detailed at several different places and I have never had a problem like this.
I scheduled a detail for a car we are shooting Hawaii. They got me in on short notice and when the car was not ready (being service at the dealer) I had to call Friday afternoon to inform them I would not make the early Monday appointment. They were very accommodating and we arranged a great fix. So far so good. Great customer service.

I tried to blot it up but a residual spot stayed and of course, there was the smell. Unsure how to treat suede seats and it being the evening, several detail shops were closed or closing and several others were booked until July, two months out! The next day I called a few more places and got in touch with Karmichael Auto Salon in Bellevue. I was greeted by Lisa who was so kind and understanding, she said, "Let me put you on hold for one second". She comes back and says, "can you come-in right now?" I dropped everything and headed over. She spoke with Jeremy who although they were completely booked, was kind enough to get me into the salon. Antonio did an amazing job, you can't even tell anything happened and there aren't any residual smells. People think it still has the new car smell. So grateful for them, fitting me in on such short notice and doing an outstanding job. HIGHLY recommend them, with how well they treated me and the job they did, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Unfortunately, customer service is not always a priority here. This business feels entitled to your money. At one point the service was very good. I believe the father and son have very different business philosophies.
