Jesika VanElsberg just gave me a fabulous haircut. Jesika couldn't have been more attentive, meticulous, or done a more perfect job. I sent her a YouTube video of the haircut I wanted, prior to my appointment, and she nailed it. Jesika is kind, concerned that I was happy and, generally extremely pleasant. It was a thoroughly positive experience. So glad to finally have a fantastic stylist. She's a keeper! Highly recommend her.

For my initial consultation appointment, Erin wasn't even at the salon when I arrived, knowing that I was traveling from over an hour away. She arrived at the salon 10-15 minutes later, and I ended up buying a $1500 package for 5 Cryosculpting sessions with Erin, the owner, sessions which otherwise were $350. I wanted to try this service and din't know of any other providers in the area, and decided to give her the benefit of the doubt at support her small business.

The second and third appointments went fine, no scheduling hiccups, which I appreciated.

A few days before my 4th appointment, I received a voice mail and an email canceling the appointment. I was annoyed, but appreciated the advanced notice. Then I received a text reminder the afternoon before that appointment, so I called the salon to confirm that the appointment was, in fact, happening. They confirmed the appointment and I expressed my frustration with the unprofessionalism of canceling and re-scheduling the appointment.

I had to schedule my 5th appointment 2 months out because I was so busy. Wanting to finish up the service that I already paid for, I scheduled many things around this appointment and travel time, only to find out 10 minutes before leaving for the 1.5+ hour drive that the appointment had been canceled.

I expressed my frustration to the receptionist, and again was disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the salon. I told them that I would prefer a refund for the 5th appointment, rather than scheduling 3 months out, which would be the soonest I could return. I completely lost faith in the integrity of their appointments after so many schedule failings. The receptionist couldn't authorize this, so I emailed Erin directly, asking for a refund of my $300 for the 5th appointment. She replied saying that they don't typically offer refunds for the package, but I never signed any paperwork agreeing to a non-refundable service. My understanding of the agreement is that the provider is to be available to perform the service I paid for during our scheduled time, this is standard business practice.

Replying to Erin's email, I again expressed my desire for a refund after 3 out of 5 appointments had scheduling problems, the 5th appointment having completely fallen through.

Businesses with integrity honor their clients preference, respect their clients time and tend to tie luxury service to the luxury products they are selling and providing.

That was my expectation and it was not met, and my emails were ghosted.
I would prefer the refund, but would rather lose the $300 than continue doing business with this salon.

Steer clear of this place!!! Worst customer service! Made an appointment for a massage for my best friend's 50th birthday. Received a confirmation text of the appointment a month prior. The appointment was with the owner, Erin. We traveled 8 hours to Florence to spend the birthday week (our family are long time residents and we love coming here at least once a year). Imagine our surprise when we showed up for the appointment and they had nothing on the calendar. I showed them my confirmation text and they could not explain the error...nor were they willing to "make it right" by offering another time or even another service.  Their attitude was "oh well, nothing we can do"...in fact the owner came out and told us she wasn't even supposed to be at work that day, but was finishing up a massage. I explained it was for a 50th birthday and asked if there was anything she could do. Nope. She simply shrugged and asked if I had already paid and she'd be willing to reimburse me...ya think?!?! The owner explained that her kids were going to State for baseball, she was busy,  and simply couldn't honor her appointment. Sorry, but that's not how you do business. Things happen...I get that..:but when it's your fault you fix it...or at least try to fix it. Not this business.  Looking back, I tried to book with another place and they were booked and gave me a recommendation for another spa...it wasn't this one. Now I can see why. You missed the mark on this one.

I Really like the pod and the red-light.  Warm and relaxing. I didn't even need an appointment.

I pass this spa frequently when I am in town.  So curious,  I finally scheduled a consultation and tour with Erin.  Hidden jewel in Florence for sure!
