This is the worst salon I have ever tried to go to. The amount of times I have called in to get an appointment and the people not answering the phones is ridiculous. I have been trying to get an appointment for a couple of pedicures for about 2 weeks now. Well I called this morning to see if I can do a walk in and they told me no. And then they called me back and said they had an availability for around 2-230pm and I confirmed with the gentleman on the phone 230 and he said we will see you then. Well around 2:15 they called my phone about 2 times and told me that they can not take me or my great grandma who is 92 years old. And I said are you serious this is unreal we were just about to park and walk her down to the salon. And they said nope sorry your are to late for your appointment and tried to say I made an appointment for 2pm. Ridiculous and absolutely disgusting how they treated me on the phone. And a waste of gas to drive all the way to Florence from my grandparents property. I hope their business gets re evaluated because their customer service skills were not business like at all.

This place is terrible for service. I've never been to a nail salon that wouldn't fit a manicure in with a pedicure appointment. I've never been to a salon that won't do gel polish on toes. I've never been to a salon that was so rude. They won't do anything that I've asked. They have crap selection of polishes and the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They literally said that we could go someplace else. I will never go back here again and I would highly recommend not wasting your time with these people because they don't care. Also I want to add that it is dirty here. The floor is filthy. The tubs are grimy. The front window is so dirty you can't even see through it.
