By far the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. I noticed one of my nails was very uneven and asked them to redo it and all they did was put another coat on and as soon as I get into my car the nail peeled off. I hadn't even left the parking lot yet so I went back inside and had them take it off and redo it. After that all seemed fine until later that night I get in the shower and the hot water caused a few of my nails to lift like they weren't even dry yet. And a day later TWO of my GEL nails have peeled off. I have never been more frustrated/disappointed in my life and I wish I could get my money back because this was the biggest waste of $30 ever. I will never ever come back to this place ever again.
I went in for a shellac manicure and it was easily the worst manicure I've ever gotten. The tech didn't shape my nails well at all, they're so uneven. And I asked for a French tip and the line it just straight across my nail. No curve, nothing. It looks like a child did it. I'd be better off doing it myself. Do not come to this salon. I'm upset I even paid for such a terrible manicure.
Feet: Had a pleasant pedi with selina, she was nice and friendly and did a nice pedi.
Hands: I made an appt for a full set but Ivy did dip nails. I ended up with dried powder all over my fingers, multiple nails broke within 2 days and when I came back in to 'fix' them I received no apology, my nails were shortened, burned by the electric file, and left sharp and uneven.
I did make an appt for exactly what I wanted however received only part of it. I was completely disappointed by the lack of customer service initially (as the nail techs had to double up and go back and forth between clients because they just kept taking people) and then when going back in for a job not well done.
I wasted money, got partial results and now have to pay someone to really fix my nails.
I do NOT recommend this business!

Bad. I've never had a worse manicure. Sloppy. Ugly. Offered to fix it but I have no confidence she could do any better so I declined. She was nice enough but I didn't pay for niceness.
Pedicure bath was super noisy and she kept turning it off because of it. Water was lukewarm. Fly buzzing around me and it's not fly season. Spilled my coffee on my shoe. 20% off jelly pedicure on their website and I asked her for this first thing and she was confused. Went to pay and was told I didn't get the jelly pedicure (which wasn't on the menu) and then that the coupon was a year old. I said it's why I came there. They finally honored it. Not a good experience. Wouldn't recommend.
