I went to get my 1st haircut in 18 months due to COVID. I was the only customer and the manager Melanie had Bella cut my hair... my hair is thin & fine and I just wanted a simple blunt bob. It took Bella 90 min. to cut my hair and it was a mess. I wrote Super Cuts customer service about my experience & Melanie, the manager reached out to me to make an appointment for a free cut to fix it. So 3 weeks later I have an appointment with Melanie the manager to get it fixed. I confirmed earlier this week. I walk in today and I'm told they have to reschedule because Melanie is no longer working there. They didn't try to contact me & they don't have any record of a free hair cut for me. I'm done, I'm never going back.
Online appointment means nothing. I. Show up on time and go to the back of the line anyway. Employees were rude about it; saying stuff happens.
Extremely poor service!!! Do not spend your money here. Tried to get my son's haircut at 4:20 on Sunday when the salon doesn't close until 5:00. There was no customers in the salon and we were turned away because "there was not enough time for 1 haircut". Ended up going to a local Fantastic Sams and was able to get his haircut with even less time before they closed. I will never step foot in this place again
After They washed my hair in this store, my hair is smelled like dog hair.......It is worst place I ever been!!! Lucky I just ask the blond hair lady cuts the damage area. When I came into this store she has never shown me any facial expressions. I will not come to this store anymore!!
KRISTOPHER is amazing two thumbs up excellent customer service very punctual took care of me first time I met him and he did exactly what I had asked.Will definitely recommend him to all my family and he is now my new barber.
