As most consumers I expected to get a good haircut and color. What I received was top notch customer service in a comfortable atmosphere by professionals that listened and delivered. Alexis sat with me and discussed what I wanted done and then delivered. Kevin welcomed me and made sure that I had a successful experience. They both were personable and helpful. My experience at K Watts exceeded my expectations by far. I love my color and cut! I appreciated the time Alexis spent showing me how to take care of the color and style it myself. I have already made my next appointment. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit as well as the complements on my new look. If you are looking for a salon that listens to you then give K Watts a try. You will be glad that you did!
have been to Aveda salons all over the country over the last 16 years and this is one of the best. My hair looks amazing!! Kevin actually sat down with me and discussed what I wanted to do with my hair, what I was looking for in terms of color and style, and then confirmed with me throughout my entire appointment that we were going in the right direction. I learned more about hair color and how to cut curly hair than I have over the last 16 years and he gave me great recommendations for new products and how to use the products I normally use in a better way. Bonus- it's next to the Wine Market so you can have a glass of wine during your appointment! Overall, I wish I had started coming here a year and a half ago when I first moved to Slidell!!
