Regal Nails, Salon & Spa in Slidell, LA

Had my toes done. They too much in a hurry. Lady sug deep on big toe, like she digging out ingrown nail. Made it bleed and swell. She didn't even due cubicles..WTF!! SHE DID apologize, but still, why you digging so deep? Good customer service, would of been nice to say, "No charge", since we messed up. I'll never go back, even if it's free. $30 is Cheap, and that's what I got.

If you aren't in a hurry go here. However, the work was very good!  That said, I had a pedicure and sat with my feet in the water until it was cold until a nice man gave me a good pedicure. Then another gal came and painted my toenails. Then I was told to go sit in another chair to have my nails filled and I waited for my for another 30 minutes for my nail fill. When that was finished they had me sit in another station for my to be painted OMG  Never again!! The longest Fill and Pedi Ever  that said their quality of work was outstanding!

If I was able to select no star, I would have. Today my daughters and granddaughters plan a date day to the nail salon. I hadn't been to this salon in years but I figured I'd bite the bullet and go with my girls. Well, what should have been a relaxing experience turned into a tense, stressful situation of watching to make sure they didn't skip my girls. My granddaughters and 26 year old daughter who looks  like a child where skip with seating. But what agitated me was the staff member would not admit she made a mistake and continuing to say they were there before us and the customers sitting there in silence knowing they came after us. I was already receiving services and my girls were next up which supports we were there first.. A sign in sheet would have solve  the problem instead  of the greeting how may I help you, pick a color and sit over there and you pull people as  well you wish.  
To Regal Staff I will never patronage your business again, I will return to Bellagio Nails cost more but very professional. Thank you for helping to teach my daughters you get what you pay for.

One other note, I call my daughter who couldn't attend to tell her how here daughters were treated and she stated they are known for not going in order. She had the same experience.

Regal please implement a sign in sheet. It can help avoid  anyone else from experiencing what happened today.

I had a terrible experience here. The workers are rude. I was told the wait would be 20mins but they had me waiting for over an hour. They had several people doing my nails and there were breaks in between because they stopped and started on someone else. One person removed my nails, another applied my acrylic, another did my shaping, and another applied my polish. One of the women threw my purse in a chair when I went to wash my hands to clear space for another client.

I went to Regal Nails today with my 91 year old mother who was in a mobility cart and on oxygen. While assisting her from the cart to the chair, a worker directed a young woman to sit in the chair and she hurriedly jumped in front of my 91 year old mother and into the chair. I will never bring her back!  The customer service here is horrible. My first bad experience is when we went there the workers ignored her and took people who arrived after her. The took her after I said something. Karma is a *****. I hope their  mother is in the same condition as my mom and is treated the same way.
