The manager on shift was not helpful. At the cashier desk, the sweet girl saw that my two mascaras were not ringing up to the value I had taken a photo of on my phone while I was shopping.

She politely called the manager over, and when posed with the question as to why the BAD Girl Mascara large + mini was not ringing up at the advertised value; the manager gave a very confused look. She shook her head as of the advertisement shouldn't have been posted and it was a mistake...

She asked me to take her where the advertisement was. She explained that it was a kit, but that her store did not have it in stock. Or possibly at all. It was clear that her store did not carry the duo together, because there was not a slot/bar code for a duo kit. She then said she could not honor it if I bought two together because she couldn't mess with the "skew" number.

Horrible way to run a business, I didn't feel like fighting her on my day off. Thankfully, there are many more stores to purchase makeup from. Ones with kinder managers that work harder to provide better customer service.

I  went to the Slidell location and it seems every time I go none of the employees are helpful. They do greet you when you walk in. This particular day I had shampoo that was stuffed on the reduced rack and ask one of the girls if someone put it there by mistake. Well she was nice and all but said probably so, then just went back to stocking. She should have taken them from me and put them in the proper spot. It was like I worked there and put them back. Slidell store you need to step it up. When I walk in to Sephora the salespeople are always there and asking if I need help

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to get my hair done yesterday and I cried. After a year of regrowth from almost no hair Ana 7 months of no color i went in for hilights a full color Ana a thin and texture. I wanted a ginger base with lighter ginger hilights ended up darker than what I went in with and uneven highlights. Then got the worst attitude possible from the stylist when I hated it and cried.

Store is horribly unorganized. Nothing on the shelf. I was stepping over boxes and around big metal racks to find shampoo and conditioner that match for my hair type. If you purchase a brand that offers free gift they hope you don't notice and when you ask they tell you sorry we are all out and offer nothing else. I will be returning my products and ordering online from another store.

This is the second establishment I've been to in this shopping center. This is the second establishment I will not ship at.

It seems to me that employees don't want to be at work. I felt like I was bothering them while at work.

They have plenty of employees walking around but no one offered any assistance. Made me feel like I was being watched because they thought I may steal.
