I was very pleased with this place. My nails look great snd my tech was super efficient. Plus they're open on Sundays which is a big plus for me!!
If I could give zero stars I would! I had to go to a completely different nail shop after the lady KNOWINGLY used bad polish on my toes BUT also cut my toe.
My daughter and I went to get our nails filled, instead of taking her immediately when they were "polishing" my toes, they seated and worked on other customers who came in after us. Of course when I got up to leave everyone was available to do our nails then .
I wouldn't send my blind/deaf senior dog to this place for a manicure. Absolutely horrible!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I am from out of town and clearly did not do my research. My nails looked atrocious after leaving the salon. I asked the woman who I believe is the owner over and over to fix the lumps and bumps until I finally gave up. I paid her and typically I tip very well but I would not leave her a tip. Then I did my research and ended up at Divine nails, which is amazing by the way!
I have been here 3 times total & I was never completely satisfied when I left. The nail techs ALWAYS seem to be in a rush! There should be no reason to be in a rush, especially when you book an appointment & you're not a walk in. Also, I don't like the fact that they play musical chairs when they are doing your nails. Maybe it's just me, but I would like it if one person would focus on my nails & not multiple people. I had to go back because one of my nails broke (I have acrylics & GEL) after only a week. I called before and asked if I needed an appointment, they said no, just come on in. I just wanted 1 nail fixed. It took them 45-50 mins to even start on my nail, and as she was doing the process, she was still bouncing around to other people & helping them with their nails. Also, they do not do a good job at shaping the nails. I will not be going back.
