This guy do not keep his appointment time. Only come here if you have a few hours to wait. no respect for others time, everyone elses time is important not just the barber's.
My dad had a HORRIBLE experience. My dad has been going to Ken for many years but this recent experience was the last straw. First, my dad says the hygiene was terrible. They don't properly disinfect their tools between customers and he used the same cape without a clean paper collar. Second, he accused my dad of being DRUNK. This is particularly offensive because my dad is legally blind and unsure of his surroundings so he may seem uneasy but he's definitely not a drunk. Ken kept going on about it when it's clearly none of his business either way. My stepmom told him about the eyesight and he stopped talking about it as much. To top it off, his haircuts aren't even that good. Don't bother going here.
Poor service.. horrible experience..never happened before.. took my 2 boys for haircut after calling a head to make sure walkin are okay.. the guy asked us to leave after waiting for 20 mins and after seating one of my boys.. the guy got offended when I casually asked "are you the only one working today" !! He said you guys scare me.. you can go to other places.. tried my best to explain him.. he didn't ready to listen or understand.. never going to this place again..
Owner was rude; when I asked how for an estimate about how much longer it would take before he could cut my hair, he argued with me. Told me I could leave if I didn't want to wait, which I did.
Mr K and Tina are awesome. My son and husband have been going to them for years now. They always do great job.
