B Salon in Coppell, TX

You just have to go there and witness for yourself. After just a few visits I feel like family there. I was given royal treatment for peasant price. Love!

I have been a customer for over 15 yrs. I would not trust my hair care to anyone else. Very courteous and friendly. Love them!

Went in for a haircut. Due to the high amount of customers that were in during that time, the owner called in a hairstylist-indian/pakistani. Asked for a lob by the hairstylist-lady said she was able to do it as i had provided her some photos. I would intermittenly let her know that i wanted the angle to be more pronounced. She kept trying to accomodate but the best she could do was style as an v shape cut. She became so infuriated that she took a pair of scissors and cut into my hair and made it completely uneven. The other stylists who work here like Julie do a great job and the work/prifessionalism shows. However, this lady is disrespectful and only knows basic layering/coloring. Anything beyond this is outside her scope and you are better seeing the other salonists.

This salon was recommended by an acquaintance so I took the time to visit the salon and make an appointment for a keratin treatment nearly three weeks in advance. The night before the appointment, they called to tell me they couldn't accommodate me the next day (Saturday morning) because they were afraid the fumes would be too much for the other clients. Okay, that may be a valid concern but why wasn't this brought up when I made the appointment in person? Also, why did they wait until the night before? I could have made other arrangements since I was seeking to get this done right before vacation. This was highly unprofessional and I will never consider them again.

If you prefer a low-classed/dirty salon with long wait times and inflexibility in getting scheduled, then B Salon & Spa in Coppell, TX is your kind of salon. The owner gossips about her customers while other stylists struggle to communicate with you in English. You do not feel treated special and for my son and myself, feeling important as a customer is imperative. The stylists do not utilize clean shears, combs, and equipment. My family has now found a much better salon experience in Coppell and we will not miss the poor atmosphere at B Salon. And, where is the Spa anyway? In your trip back to the restroom, you cannot see a spa and you are overwhelmed by the smell of food and chemicals that is far from pleasant. I will add that my son enjoyed viewing the fish in the aquarium, but that was because of waiting so long.
