Worst haircut I've ever had. I was very clear that I wanted long layers. We agreed to trim 2-ish inches off of the bottom. Hairdresser did not know how to cut layers, and chopped off half of my hair length, meaning 10 inches. I told them the haircut was not what I envisioned, and then they told me my hair was thinning, and that was the reason they could not cut layers. Then they told me, my hair was long, despite it barely crossing my shoulders. Do not get your hair cut here, they do not know what they are doing.
Love this Salon. Both ladies are great. Very professional, fun and polite. They do a good job, keep the salon very clean and maintain COVID protocol strictly. Special love to Anita!!!
They are great with covid!! They wear all the right PPE and clean up after each customer. They are working with appointments to maintain social distancing. I love seeing places following COVID protocol as best as they can, and they are certainly one of them.
Although this salon may be somewhat adequate at waxing/threading eyebrows their staff is insanely rude and disrespectful. My best friend has been going to this salon faithfully for several years however after a rude encounter with an indecent and wildly unprofessional employee, she will no longer step foot in this salon. I am never one to write negative or rude reviews, but I feel very strongly that they should be aware of how their words affect others. It is fairly simple to be a kind human being, with that being said I guess this was too high of a bar for this salon. Under no circumstance would it ever be appropriate to make comments about someone's physical appearance, especially if this person is a LOYAL CUSTOMER. Last time I checked, someone's weight has no bearing on their worth as a person- and in NO way affects a worker's ability to do their eyebrows. Customers arrive to this salon expecting an experience and a simple business transaction, what they are receiving instead is unwarranted criticism and negativity. I strongly encourage this salon to reconsider the basic lessons of kindergarten, if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all. Please move forward with some scrap of dignity. P.S. If I could give a -5 star rating, I would.
