K C Beauty Mart in Alexandria, VA

DO NOT PATRONIZE!! The Korean women that work here are extremely RACISTS!! Especially the manager! You are constantly followed around the store and watched as soon as you walk through the door. I witnessed a customer simply ask the manager to look at hair extensions that were hanging on the wall behind the counter and the manger was extremely rude yelling saying "No" you can see from here. The lady was calm and politely told the manager that she couldn't really see the brand name or the price and that she wanted to take a picture and send to a friend. The manager continued to yell there are no pictures here. Extremely rude, unprofessional and worthless customer service! I will never shop here again...

I have noticed that in the last few weeks, month, there are new people in there. They are friendly or helpful. they follow you around like you going to steal something, but when you ask for help they don't want to help. It's some Asian man in there now that follows you around, but don't help you. He won't follow you when you have paid for your stuff. I used to like the place. I think it's time to find a better one. I don't need no one following me unless I'm going to pass out. Their service needs to get better. We already know they don't like black people and think we all steal. I would rather spend my money somewhere that thinks of me as a customer not a thief. I work hard for my little bit of coins.

This is the best beauty supply store in the area. They have a large variety of hair products and the prices are fair. This is the only beauty supply store in the area that I can count on for my hair care needs. I have always received good customer service. I had to remove one star because the parking lot is small and not well lit. I didn't feel safe at night and now only go during the day. I highly recommend this location.

Notifying customers about a register closing while they are in line is a way to show that the store values its customers and is willing to go the extra mile in providing them with excellent customer service. Even with a high volume of customers and a large selection of inventory, customer service should still remain courteous and polite, which is not the case here.

I left this place about 30 mins ago, and I usually don't be doing reviews, but I never felt so disgusted!! I went with my daughter in hope of finding a good curly hair wig.. I noticed I'm getting followed by someone that works there.. she asked if we needed help? which I didn't need we was just looking until I can find one I liked. Obviously I'm touching the wigs on the mannequin to see how the hair feels (no sign saying you can't) the old lady that works there yells and tells me don't touch the hair!! what????? I was just feeling it, and literally wanted to buy it. I looked at her and said mhm she literally followed me and my daughter through out the whole store!!! My daughter had a few things we was going to buy, but I told her to put it all down and let's go now! They don't deserve not one penny from us! Never going again! Luckily the other beauty store I went to didn't treat me like that, and they made 1k from me ‍ i got a video and posting it on my tik tok since I got over 100k followers and let tik tok do their thing! Shame on u guys!
