The very first time I went there the vibe was ok. I booked an appointment with Tiffany online but when I got there Tiffany was not there. Wendy handled my toes she was very nice. Next it was time for me to get a full set, Wendy spoke in her language to another technician that she had to do my nails and clearly the lady was upset about it. When she started my nails she was handling me so rough I didn't like it at all. It was a point where my finger started burning as she applied the acrylic so I let her know and she ignored me so I tried to snatch my hand back to blow it and she GRABBED MY HAND and tried to continue applying the acrylic. I had to stop and ask if she was okay, because she was clearly upset that she do my nails. She begin to explain to me that she was just a refill for Tiffany and that she didn't even work at the shop and that day was supposed to be her last day and she was about to leave when Wendy asked her to do my nails. The next time I went I scheduled an online fill in with Tiffany again. I got there and Tiffany was not there AGAIN. They charged me $60 for a fill!! The website was not yet updated and it said 45 for a fill. So I'm like I paid $60 for a full set two weeks ago now I'm paying $60 again for a refill? She said $55 refill and $5 for gel. NEVER AGAIN

I would give this establishment zero stars if I could. Tiffany the owner is SUPER rude, unprofessional, and unreliable. She answers the phone with an attitude. Like is this your business or your personal phone?! I had an appointment on Monday with Tiffany but needed to reschedule so I called her and she moved it to Wednesday at 5 p.m. with her doing my gel pedicure. I know she tends to overbook so I called ahead of my appointment on Wed and she advised she's running behind and to come in at 5:30 p.m. She doesn't sound too sure she will be able to make that time. So I talk to her on my drive up bc I see she called me. She tells me she only has 30 mins to do my gel pedicure. She tells me she will have to hand me off to someone else who is supposedly better. I offer to rebook. She's insistent to still keep my appt. Like how was you ever going to do a premium gel pedicure with polish removal, new polish, and trim and other necessities in 30 mins?! I get there and the lady she pawns me off on doesn't speak English , unbeknownst to me. The language barrier proves to be problem because as the pedicure is happening, the lady can't understand my asking her to fix the errors along the way. Tiffany is visibly agitated that she has to guide the lady while working on other customers. Like, it's is your fault for overbooking your schedule to the max. SMH. Do better! With an attitude, Tiffany takes over fixing my pedicure. I asked her about a portion of my toe. She rudely tells me she will fix it but didn't. I told her don't catch an attitude with me and to watch her tone. She rushes through trying to fix my toes because she started 20 mins late on another lady who was patiently waiting. I ask her to fix one more portion of my toe bc her rushing made the polish look worst. She said, if you don't like it you can fix it yourself, you booked last minute. LIAR!!! I told her, I booked with you on Monday for Wednesday so how is that last minute? I told her she better watch how she's talking to me and that her messy work made things worst and she needs to fix it. This chick is disorganized, disheveled, and as unprofessional as her appearance. Not only did she have the other lady waiting for 20 mins after her appointment started, she kept stopping to do other things like talk to her landlords for nearly 20 mins when she was supposed to be finishing the lady's nails. The lady became so annoyed that she reminded Tiffany that she had to get going and that she needed to finish up as she had another appointment bc Tiffany was holding her up. I CANNOT and will not recommend anyone spend their money here. Tiffany is rude ASF, unreliable, unprofessional, and needs training on time management and customer service skills. Abysmal. SMH.

This is an amazing place I ever been . All services are good, I feel relaxing all day and the employees are nice and friendly. I will be back soon for this amazing place . Recommend who want a beauty nail and toes just come to A1 Beauty Bar and try all there services.

Used to be TD Nails. Tammy's niece Kayla does a fantastic job! My dip powder manicure and regular pedicure are perfect and last three weeks. Well, probably longer than that but my nails grew out so I had to come back. Kayla does eyelash extensions too. I highly recommend this place!

Highly recommend A1 Beauty Bar! Excellent customer service and love my new holiday ready nail! Definitely coming back and already made an appointment for eyelash lift!
