Julia's Salon & Spa in Lancaster, OH

Paid for my wife to have a mini spa day but she only got part of what we paid for since the massage therapist had to leave which was fine but rather than depositing the money back to the account she has to go back again to get her massage. She also said she was passed off a lot between staff rather than having one person.

Amazing! Absolutely love this place and can't wait to go back. Sarah did such a great job in my mani / pedi. Such a nice atmosphere. Definitely book your next spa day at Julia's.

New to the area the salons ad in a local magazine with a discount brought us in to the Salon. The first experience a positive one. When leaving the girl at the desk said they were moving to another location soon. I called to make an appointment 6 weeks later. When calling she made no mention of the NEW location. I called again to move the appointment time. No mention of new location. I went to the old location. Nothing posted. I called and asked where they were now located. The women laughed and gave me the address. The owner was sitting laughing, giggling and having a very personal conversation with a young man who I was told not a customer but their for a repair. She completely ignored us. The girl who did my brows did so unevenly. I told her specifically how to cut my son's hair. Keep it longer it the front. SHE BUZZED MY SON'S HEAD AND SAID.."I'm sorry, I forgot, I'll remember next time" She also trimmed one sideburn and didn't touch the other!! I had to fix it when we got home. I called complained and never heard back. There will NEVER be a next time. Very unprofessional. Stylists including owner look sloppy.

Three of my girlfriends signed up for the Mini Spa Package. Went yesterday and we are all very dissatisfied with the service. My nail polish was off by this morning on two of my fingers, one other girl was upset cause half her nail wasn't even painted down to her cuticle. Both haircuts were terrible. It was suppose to be a shampoo and STYLE. Did not receive any style just blew it dry and that was it. I could hardly move my right shoulder this morning and feel it is totally bruised on the shoulder blade from the massage. We are not happy campers and work at the hospital so we are passing the word around. Spent $100 and we are not happy!!!!!!

My mom and I got mani/pedis for her birthday. Our pedicures were finished with gel polish- and it peeled completely off one of her toes before the next morning! With it being winter time our feet both had a few calluses, and they weren't even touched. It's not even 3 days later and half the gel polish has chipped of one of my thumbs. On top of that, my manicure was overall rushed and sloppy, with polish not even going to the edge of my nails. I would not return, ESPECIALLY for the price, even though the two nail techs I had were super sweet.
