I'm new to Missouri. I had looked at the reviews and decided ok I'm going to try them. I'm SO glad I did! Did a fabulous job on my crazy hair! Lol Erica is absolutely wonderful! She listened and explain what my options were. She took her time and really did it the right way! I'll be bringing my son and husband to get their hair cuts as well from now on!
I wanted to take my girls for a mommy and me facials as a birthday surprise. After calling several places around town and being told by several day spas that children were not welcomed, I stumbled across this salon and day spa. I spoke to Judy, the owner, who was so sweet and said she would try and accommodate us, but that she would have to talk to the esthetician. The esthetician Nancy was amazing! She was so friendly and accommodated me and my 2 young daughters for mommy and me facials. She also have them little gifts and made them feel so special. I've already booked my next appointment!
This place doesn't answer phone or emails to set up for you to set up an appointment. I bought a Groupon for my brother to use here and after months of fighting with them just got a refund and found out they are no longer allowing Jubils on their site. If I could give them zero stars I would.
If I could give this 0 out of 5 stars I totally would. Absolutely horrible service. I went in to get an ombre from Tonya and came out with the top of my head black and the bottom half a golden blonde. She seemed like she was forced to do the job the entire time and the results showed. If I were her I'd be so embarrassed at such a poor and pathetic job. I went in the next day for her to fix it and she charged me an additional fee even though I was clearly unhappy with it the first time. She didn't even blow dry it or style it. I walked out of the salon with cold wet hair in 20 degree weather. I also had a spa wish gift card which she refused to take even though the website clearly states that they accept them, Not worth my time or money. Will never set foot in this salon again!
