Every thing is rushed! They don't soak gel off they use an electric sander. My nails were peeling and chipping in one day. Also they are paper thin. I had to ASK the technician to do my cuticles and she did a crappy job. Very over priced for mediocre services. Plus people were rude to customers. There's a lot of nail salons out there friends
They weren't polite . I feel like if they had better manners and neat work they would be a 5 star. She didn't make sure my nails were the same length . I didn't get any oil on my nails after
The most expensive and worst refill I've gotten done In my life. the owner cut my cuticles with the electric file making them sensitive. when it started to bleed she put crazy glue on them and didn't apologize. she charged me 80$ and it wasn't even a full set. I told her to give me a breakdown and she didn't know what to say instead she replied you have 5 colors I usually charge 120 .. I will never go there again or refer anyone to her. I gave her a one rating because at the beginning she was welcoming... too bad she's sloppy.
All of my toe nails were cut very crooked,another woman had to come and try to fix the first persons errors ,both of them kept cutting me with the clippers after telling them to stop.it was the worst nail experience I've ever had.I wouldn't recommend going there at all. My feet hurt and look horrific and will take at least 2 months to grow out to get them re done properly since they chopped them so low
The incense burning was too much, I left smelling like it. The nails were nice and speedy but the conversation between person doing my nails and the other employees were not in English so it leaves the customer feeling odd. Is not that Im against them speaking their language but it is rude to not translate when you having a conversation.
