probably my favorite nails I've ever gotten! The woman that shaped my nails and applied the acrylics checked with me after each step and was very friendly. The man helped me pick out the perfect colors for my design and was very careful with the thin lines I wanted. They look so good and im obsessed! Will definitely be back!
I went for a full set with a French manicure and they first applied the wrongs tips, then I showed a picture of what I wanted and it just proceeded to go downhill. My nails were cut so short I don't even know why I paid for tips and then I didn't get to pick the shape so I gave up and tried to fix them when I got home. I wanted them to be more natural looking, not so stubby oh and to top it off I wasn't informed before hand that you get charged for using a card so I ended up paying $57 for my cuticles to be cut up and the full set to already look grown out:(
The worst nail salon I have ever been to the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The owner was terrible at doing my nails every now is a different shape. Her paint job was terrible. She yelled at me and got in my face. That she did a good job on my nails and the nails were terrible. I had three different people try fixing my nails and the three people that tried fixing my nails told me what a terrible job she did. I will never go back there. When I asked for my money back she told me that she wasn't going to give me it. I wanted to go to another salon and have them fixed. But she decided to steal my money and not refund me. I will never go back there again. They are rude and steal money. And once again and the nails were uneven. And all different shapes. I would never recommend this salon to anybody
This was the worst nail salon and experience I've ever had. I can't even say 1 good word about it. They argued with me about what would look good and what wouldn't, left bumps on my acrylics, didn't do anything good whatsoever for my cuticles... I can go on. I asked for a little white heart in the corner of 1 nail and it was huge and sloppy; honestly I think a toddler could've drawn a better heart. I got some courage and asked them to please redo it, and the lady said she couldn't?! I was like, what? So then another lady came over and "fixed" it but it was just as bad. After my awful full set experience, I was waiting for friends to be done with their nails and figured I would get a pedicure. You can't screw up a pedicure right? Wrong. They did my nails in record time--I was probably in and out of the pedicure chair in 10 mins. Anyway, don't come to this place. They're rude, sloppy and wildly unprofessional.
Visited Brighton Nails today and left upset. The OWNER needs customer service training, NOW! I was treated like shit! She started my nails and shoved me to the side! THEN took another patron., communication is key. She was very abrupt and had an unpleasant attitude! I will add since it's in my neighborhood, I tried them again for the 3rd and last time! I'm kicking myself bc I should've known better. My skin color should never cause someone to be outright horrific to me. My money spends! The male technician was a good Representation of how to treat others.
