I have been coming to JLO Beauty Bar for about 6 years now. There is no comparison with any other lash lounge when it comes to quality, service and attention to detail. I am always received like if I was part of their family. All the employees are great at what they do. They are there for me during all my emergencies/ busy schedule.
Got my nails done for spooky season (before it ends) and I am IN LOOOOOVE with them so much and such a reasonable price too !!! Plus the nail tech is super sweet and the best energy there felt so happy there !
No onsite receptionist. I had an appointment and specifically asked for someone that could do hand painted nail art. About 1/2 hour before my scheduled appointment I received a text message that the person I had the appointment with was sick but there was someone else that could do my nails with nail art at the same time. I showed up for my appointment and no one was there to do my nails. An anesthetist who was there on her day off, Victoria, tried to find out what was going on for me. She was extremely nice and by far the best (and only real) encounter I had with anyone there. I thank her. Eventually I decided this wasn't a good way to start at a new salon so I left and went somewhere else. Very odd. I was in there twice and both times there was only one hairdresser and one nail tech working in the huge salon.
My pedicures last a long time because they do a good job.

I'm so glad I found this salon. Micah is AWESOME!!! She does great art work and is SUPER nice! I highly recommend her for nails and pedicures. I even got my husband going there for pedicures lol.
