This place has had problems from day one. Every single time I come here I have issues and I guess it's my fault for keep going but it's right next to my house and I go for convenience. The last time I went in, I had red polish previously. The tech left so many speckles of red as she was getting ready to apply white polish. I asked her to fix it. She said fix what? I asked the owner, Angie to come take a look and they all looked at me like I'm crazy and didn't know what I was asking them to look at. So when I said much of my previous polish was left behind they started their chatter in Vietnamese, and aggressively removed my remaining polish. They're careless, brash and rude. If you happen to get Andi she's a doll but she's rarely there anymore
Great gel pedicure, did not feel rushed and they even set a timer for a 7" lower leg massage.
The bowl and tools were clean (individually wrapped) and the nail tech wore gloves ( latex,though).
Price was way different than listed and what she quoted at the desk. Will push for gel x. Didn't do much nail prep work and my nails are lumpy. Finding a different nail salon.
Came here to do my nails as I am new to the area and wanted something close to home. My fingers never turned out great when Angie did them. I've been doing my nails for 25 years and never had these issues. The gel just wouldn't stay on and was lumpy. Anyway, I wanted to come in for a pedicure and didn't want to drive far so I figured I'd give it a try. upgraded to the $80 (gel) pedicure because I am a flight attendant and had been on my feet quite a bit lately. Yen did my pedicure and had an attitude the whole time. My pedicure was supposed to include callus removal and a 10 minute massage. I did get a 10 minute massage but it was more like a light rub. Callus removal was nonexistent. I spoke to Angie about it afterwards and she was argumentative as usual. She does not know how to listen. 6 days after my pedicure some toes were chipping off. No, I did not wear tight shoes. Will definitely not be returning
This is a review for a particular nail tech, not the salon. I needed my acrylic set taken off and I asked for dip. Even after I kept telling her she was really hurting my natural nails, Jennifer insisted on just digging under the acrylics to rip them off rather than soak them, even just a little to soften the removal process because she said it would "just take forever". I am all for workplace friends and chatting but she straight stopped at least 5 different times to look at pictures, have conversations, watch videos etc. The finished product looks horrible, unfortunately. The dip is thin in the center of my nails and thick on the edges. I paid in full and still tipped because I understood that it was still her time. I came home and immediately soaked it all off. Everyone else in the salon has always been great with service. I do NOT recommend Jennifer.
