I came to the store last minute and they're about to close but still took me in! Amy did my nails and everything was just great! The shape, size, length and the time it took was great! A little pricey.. but overall worth it! I recommend this place if you want beautiful nails.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The second you walk in it smells like cat urine. The smell was so strong it began to give me a headache. It is very unclean, and the customer service is some of the worst I have ever had. They do not exfoliate your legs when they do a pedicure and charge you a extra $8 just to scrape your heels. All employees have terrible attitudes, and did not try to make Conversation what so ever. They put lotion on my soaking wet legs and rubbed it around as the "massage" portion of my pedicure. MY TOES LOOK WORSE THEN WHEN I FIRST CAME IN. the guy running the front was beyond rude. I wouldn't be surprised if I got a fungus from how disgusting and smelly this place was .

I had bad experience when I got full set liquid gel nails at a different salon less than a week before going to JIM Nails. Gel was thick and lifting from nails. Amy was great! She did a fantastic job!!! My nails look great and I'm a satisfied customer.
