I've never had highlights in my hair before, so I was really excited when I purchased the Groupon from this establishment. I made my appointment and was looking forward to the day until I got a call from them on Valentine's evening (the day before my appointment) stating the credit card machines were down and to bring cash, but also that I would be charged an additional $25 for the toner. Now I am not cheap, but definitely conscious of overspending. Like I mentioned before I've never had my hair highlighted, so it is difficult for me to justify the regular price of it. I thought this Groupon would be a good way to test the waters. No one likes to be notified the night before their appointment of extra charges. It should be in the fine print of the Groupon or should've been mentioned when I initially made my appointment.
I used detangled salon / Donna D'Andrea for family members (including Bride's mother and Groom's mother) and bridesmaids hair and make up for my two weddings - Indian ceremony and American ceremony. They were getting ready at ahotel. Donna and her team were very professional; they arrived at the hotel on time. They did an excellent job with hair and makeup and made everyone looked beautiful for my weddings. Their work was clean; hairstyle and makeup stayed for 12 hours. I highly recommend their services!
My two daughters and myself went to a wedding this weekend and I can't tell you what a wonderful job the team at Detangled did on our hair and makeup!! First off, I can't thank them enough for accommodating to our times and getting all of us done within the time frame we needed. An amazing tag team who were patient and knowledgable giving us exactly what we were looking for and tweaked hair and makeup to our individual styles! Again, many thanks for jobs well done and for making it a fun and relaxing experience even with a tight timeline!!
Donna is the best. She is so good at color and takes her time making sure, that you are getting the style you want. My daughter Lauren referred me to Donna, her hair looks great! The salon is very convenient to the Cherry hill, Mt. laurel area. I highly recommend it.
Holly was amazing. She gave me exactly what I wanted and so much more! Not only was she very attentive to what I was looking for, she gave so much creative input as to what would look good with my face shape. She's definitely a true artist with hair!!
