I scheduled for the platinum service. I showed photos of what I wanted and said I did not want the yellow blonde. The stylist tried showing me brown hair colors, which I quickly said no, no brown. I showed a photo that the stylist claimed she was ok with and that she specializes in blondes (attached). She warned me that the photo had a little bit of brown at the top. I was ok with that. It was barely noticeable. She quoted me the price, which was roughly the price I booked with for the platinum hair.

However, she didn't perform the requested hair color. She gave me brown with a bit of yellow looking highlights sprinkled throughout. Highlights were supposed to have been about 25-30% less. Their site does not say their prices 'start at'. It is extremely misleading. Then afterward, they claim that the salon doesn't dye hair they can only do highlights.

When I got home, my hair felt awful. They claimed its my hair and not the dye treatment. This salon did not  use any treatment after dying the hair to help prevent that (all salons I have been to, which dyed my hair treated it with chemicals to help prevent that effect).  I had to use my own treatment multiple times.

I am pleased with the haircut I asked for. I made my appointment online, and seated promptly at the appointed time. Tracy did a great job cutting my hair in a short pixie cut. I recommend  this salon and Tracy.

Taylor was very sweet and pleasant and did a great job on my haircut.  She listened to what I wanted and asked for my opinion during the cut.  The salon is spacious and low key and it was a great experience.

I bought a cut and color package for my girlfriend ahead of time, so she didn't have to worry about paying for it herself, as a gift. Her appointment was with TAYLOR. She proceeded to color her hair the wrong color (pink when it was supposed to be purple) and then had the audacity to say, "I have to go pick up my boyfriend, you can come in another time to get your haircut." Are you kidding me??? How extremely unprofessional. Taylor is young, inexperienced, and unprofessional and takes advantage of people. Do not go here. Terrible service.
