JCP Salon in East Brunswick, NJ

I went to JCPenney Beauty and to shop around at inside the store. All The representatives inside the store (especially JCP beauty provided excellent customer service. They are the nicest JCP In the state in my opinion. Sarah was very helpful in the beauty department. She's the greatest! The other girl was nice too, that was working on September 19, 2023 at 3:00 pm All The staff were cool though, I bought nice job interview shoes from there too, very professional styles.

I would leave 0 star jcpenny is the most tribble customer service in the mall of east Brunswick, can't find help customer service very rude very unrespect, not recommended at all! JCPenney is a black spot-on east Brunswick mall, i wish they leave one day! poor service manger and employer, not professional at all

JCPenny. What an old company with a rich history! Recently learned they are filing for bankruptcy and giving executives millions dollar bonuses. Seems like a good time to reward good work. Congrats, yous going bankrupt. Here is a bonus! What a JOKE! I will never step foot in another one of there stores. Horrible management! Wishing Jcpenny nothing but the worst.

I actually do like JCPenney because it has a great variety of items at great prices. But, I found my experience today less than satisfying. I needed to get a gift for my friend. I can't remember exactly what I ended up buying, but when I asked one of the employees in the customer service where the item that I needed is, she said upstairs. I got upstairs, couldn't find the item, and ask customer service again. The customer service upstairs said that what I needed was downstairs. I later just go back down, later maybe after a half hour, find what I am looking for. This place is really going downhill, and the main problem I have with anchor stores, is that they are so big, and hard to navigate, that it gets a little overwhelming! It takes me forever to find what I need in stores like this. Maybe I should have come to somewhere that wasn't in the mall. Like, Burlington, which I probably could have gotten for cheaper.

I try to support your store, knowing the difficulties you've been going through. But I finally have had enough. Everytime I go up to register to purchase something there is always an ordeal with customer in front of me. It seems your workers would rather spend 20 minutes catering & talking to people returning things rather than take care of a real customer who is actually buying things. This has happened way to much & I can't count the times I've layed my items down & just left. Perhaps more than 1 register on the floor would help. Maybe this is one of the reasons you're in the shape your in now.
