I am not one to write reviews, but my experience at Nirvana is worth taking the time to do so. I called and made an appointment after talking to Reeta explaining that I was recovering from toe surgery and needed a pedicure from someone who understood the sensitivity of the situation a.k.a. my pinky toes. Upon my arrival, she greeted me at the door and proceeded to give me an excellent pedicure, taking great care with my injured toes. Service was top notch and the establishment was clean, comfortable and attractive. The strip mall is largely empty but Nirvana is definitely and highly recommended.
I have been going to Nirvana for over a decade and every time I go there is such a treat. I went there for a spa pedi last week then for a signature facial this week. The place is very clean and make you feel relaxed and special. Even the water they give is not just plain glass of water with cucumer and orange slices. The products they use are not harsh on your skin which is great for me as I have very sensitive skin. I truly enjoy coming here and highly recommend them!
They did not listen to what my partner wanted. He asked for them to file not cut his nails to the skin. She only completed (2) nails and told him to wash his hands and bye -bye
She did an amazing massage and cleaned my nails better than anyone has before. She also messaged my hands really well. I asked for a flower on one finger and idk how this even looks like a flower. Like clearly that's messed up considering I paid $45?!?!? I'd like to call them on Tuesday morning to get my nails redone (at least that one finger). This just seems like something I could have painted at home with my gel kit. Idk why I spent money for this. Some of my nails look matte while some look glossy. I am so damn disappointed. Should have said something at the salon but I was rushing to a dinner reservation today so ran out.
First time and last time I come to this place. Atmosphere is nice but the services are horrible. They have no idea what they're doing. I literally left had everything removed at another place and done all over again the same day. $122 mistake
