I have been coming here for years, and Brooke and her staff are amazing. So glad that they were able to reopen, and are making sure to take all the proper precautions. I usually get my nails done by Van but I forgot to ask for him when scheduling my appointment, but it actually didn't matter my nails and feet still came out great. Yes the prices did go up but honestly I've gone to other places in the area whose prices are higher or same and the work they did was not best. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area

My mom and I went for pedicures today (on a Sunday)- the extra measures they've implemented for COVID-19 are thorough and very much appreciated. The salon is clean and comfortable... with a great selection of colors. Ben did my pedicure and Jessica did my mom's... they were both fabulous! We're very pleased with our entire experience- I highly recommend :)

Love this place! I went to a different salon and hated how they did my nails. I came over and asked if they could fix them and I fell in love. Definitely will be going back

I would give zero stars if I could. Here's what happened... I just need a regular manicure, the lady that seemed to be in charge asked me if I had an appointment. I said no, and we proceeded to chat. I asked her if I could leave her a tip on my debit card, otherwise, I needed to run to my car to get the cash. She told me I could leave it on my debit card. She told me she is the OWNER of polish (the salon) then she put her mask on and stared to work on my nails, I noticed on the wall, right next to the cash register, is a large frame that says they have the right to deny service. Next to that, is the menu of their services, printed in very small letters. I found that kind of ironic. I have short nails so she finished quick and asked me to pay. She said: 15 dollars so I asked her to add 4 dollars for her tip. She asked $ 4.00 ? I said, yes please. 19.00 total. She seemed a little annoyed. Wonder why if I giving her over 20 %. Gratuity. I went to wash my hands, went back to my chair, she told me she would charge $10 more , So I could have a gel manicure and I said no thank you, I had found a nice emerald color that I was very happy with. She then brought me 2 different sets of variations of colors in gel. Again, I politely say no again, besides I paid already for regular manicure. She told me it was easy to charge again my debit card. I said again no thank you so she talked over me saying "Ok, ok, ok." She proceeds to apply the color but stared to push kind of aggressive my hand. I stared to wonder if it was because she couldn't convince me to get the gel manicure?? Maybe the fact that is Saturday afternoon, right before New Year's Eve and the place is dead?? Besides the owner, she had two ladies and one gentleman working that afternoon. At some point one of the ladies left with her young son. I didn't want to make a big deal. I just wanted to dry my nails and leave. When the time came to seat in a different chair to dry my nails. She did not offer to bring my cellphone and keys. I wasn't concerned because it wasn't more people around. She was more concerned on finding a spot to hang a framed pice of paper, advertising that due the quality of her products , they have the NEED of RAISING their PRICES. At that point, maybe 13 to 15 minutes later, after I sat to dry my nails. She turns around and says something: I wasn't that sure what she said because the tv was a little loud and the gentleman had a machine working on acrylic nails. Also, she still had her face mask on from earlier. I said, sorry I didn't hear you, so I think she said "Now Go!?? Did she just asked me to leave? She did not remove her mask, but then she did a gesture like shooing a fly away. Then she said "its done, go now." WOoooOOWw I could not believe how rude she was being. Anyone is entitled to have a bad day. But when you are the actual OWNER and spill your bitterness with your costumes like that. Ha! Do yourself a favor, hire a nice manager or get out of business. There are other nail salons along Rt. 18 that are better than her's. But wait!! I'm not done. 2 days after my lame manicure, the polish stared to peel. She cut my cuticles awfully. If you read the review of one lady commenting on how she was charged different amount and how poorly job she had done. Don't doubt it. If you decide to make business with this lady, be sure ask for the new increased prices so you don't get ripped off. Anyway that's how my nail salon adventure went.
